Job Title: Production Operator
Location: Weatherford, TX 76086
Duration: 6-Month Contract
Pay Rate: $20/hour (Weekly Pay)
Schedule
- Monday – Thursday
- 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Four 10-hour shifts with a 30-minute lunch break
Job Summary
We are seeking a Production Operator to support daily manufacturing operations in a fast-paced production environment. This role involves process monitoring, product sampling, equipment troubleshooting, and ensuring safe and efficient production. Candidates must be comfortable performing physically demanding work and following all safety procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and control production processes.
- Perform product sampling and basic analysis.
- Troubleshoot process equipment and coordinate maintenance as needed.
- Follow all operating procedures, safety policies, and company guidelines.
- Complete required permits and production documentation.
- Assist in maintaining equipment efficiency and product quality.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- May also be referred to as a Control Room Operator .
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of forklift experience (certification not required).
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs throughout the shift.
- Must be able to work in a physically demanding environment.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- High attention to safety and quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Work Environment & PPE
- Safety boots that cover the ankle are required.
- No shorts, sleeveless shirts, or jewelry are permitted.
- Silicone wedding bands and medical alert bracelets are allowed.
Pre-Employment Requirements
- Background check required.
- Drug screening required.
- The first candidate to successfully complete all pre-employment screenings will be onboarded.
Top 3 Skills Required
- Forklift experience (minimum 6 months)
- Manufacturing or production experience
- Ability to perform physically demanding work and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
