Graphic Designer & E-Commerce Specialist

Job description

Skutchi Designs is seeking a creative detail-oriented Graphic Designer & E-Commerce Specialist to support our growing digital presence and online sales. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong graphic design skills with hands-on experience managing WordPress websites updating product listings creating digital advertisements and organizing information through Google Sheets.

The ideal candidate is creative highly organized comfortable working independently and able to manage multiple projects while maintaining strong attention to detail and brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and update website content through WordPress.
  
• Create engaging graphics for websites social media digital advertising email campaigns and promotional materials.
  
• Develop product graphics banners promotional materials and marketing assets.
  
• Maintain consistent branding colors fonts and visual style across all marketing materials.
  
• Edit and resize images for various digital platforms and advertising requirements.
  
• Add edit organize and maintain product listings.
  
• Upload and optimize product images descriptions pricing categories and other product information.
  
• Ensure product pages are accurate visually appealing and up to date.
  
• Make routine website content and image updates.
  
• Identify and report website or product-listing issues.
  
• Prepare multiple versions and sizes of graphics for different advertising platforms.
  

Requirements

• Experience with WooCommerce
  
• Experience with social media content creation.
  
• Knowledge of basic SEO principles and website best practices.
  
• Basic understanding of digital advertising platforms.
  
• Experience working with product catalogs or large inventories.
  
• Experience adding and managing products on an e-commerce website.
  
• Strong knowledge of Google Sheets and Google Workspace.
  
• Experience creating digital advertisements and promotional graphics.
  
• Strong understanding of image sizing formatting and optimization for web and digital platforms.
  
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  
• Ability to work independently while taking direction and incorporating feedback.
  
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud including programs such as Photoshop Illustrator and InDesign.

The ideal candidate is a creative problem-solver who can wear multiple hats. You should be comfortable moving between designing a promotional ad updating a WordPress product listing organizing information in Google Sheets and preparing marketing materials.
