Required Certifications for Onboarding: ACLS, BLS, Core Mandatory Exam (Allied/Non-Nursing), Core Mandatory Part I, Core Mandatory Part II (Allied), Core Mandatory Part III, Ishihara Compliant Color Vision Exam (17 Plates), Respiratory Therapist - Skills, Respiratory Therapy Exam, RRT.

Client Details: Setting is hospital, city Winston Salem, state NC, zip code 27157, trauma level Level 1 teaching hospital.

Cancellation Policy: Client may cancel up to two (2) shifts on an 8-week assignment and up to three (3) shifts on a 13-week assignment, each without penalty. After a Clinical Assigned Professional has begun working on an assignment, Agency may cancel a longterm assignment without any penalty if a fourteen (14) day advance notice is provided to the Client. If less than a fourteen (14) day advance notice is given by Agency, then Agency will pay a cancellation fee equal to three regular shifts for the Clinical Assigned Professional at the appropriate rate. Before a Clinical Assigned Professional has begun working on an assignment, Client may cancel a longterm assignment without any penalty if at least a seven (7) day advance notice is provided to the Agency. If Client cancels an assignment before a Clinical Assigned Professional has begun working with less than a seven (7) day notice, Client will pay a cancellation fee of three regular shifts for the Clinical Assigned Professional.
