Location: Lewisville, TX, with travel to other properties, including Mesquite, TX

Schedule: Approximately 20 hours per week, with additional hours as needed

Job Description

Premier Leaders Property Management is seeking an experienced, dependable, and hardworking Part-Time Maintenance Assistant to support daily maintenance operations at our multifamily communities.

This position will primarily be based in Lewisville, with flexibility to assist at other managed properties, including Mesquite, as needed.

We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, maintains a clean and well-kept property, and can complete maintenance tasks efficiently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily groundskeeping duties, including picking up trash, removing debris, and maintaining clean common areas.
• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of breezeways, stairwells, parking lots, dumpster areas, and property grounds.
• Complete general apartment maintenance and resident work orders.
• Perform minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and painting repairs.
• Assist with apartment make-readies and unit turns.
• Perform preventive maintenance and routine property inspections.
• Identify and report safety hazards, property damage, and maintenance concerns.
