Travel Shift: Days Must be a registered Mammography Tech with a minimum of three years of experience. Notes:Must be a registered Mammography Tech with a minimum of three years of experience. The position supports OUH's mobile mammography coach, which travels weekly to sites across Oklahoma. Hotel and food expenses are covered during travel weeks.Skills: Required Skills & Experience:-Skill in applying principles of mammography and/or radiologic technology, medical imaging, medical terminology, positioning of patients, and medical ethics.-Demonstrates foundational knowledge of normal and abnormal anatomy and physiology, basic mammography principles and/or radiologic technology, medical imaging, medical terminology.-Applies core mammography theory, practice and techniques to perform examinations and complete basic post-processing analysis, and documentation with general supervision or assistance.-Demonstrates clear and respectful verbal and written communication skills to exchange basic information with patients, families, and team members.-Ability to prioritize and complete assigned clinical and non clinical work tasks with guidance and direction, progressively developing independence in managing routine responsibilities.ARRT needed.
