About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice-President of Community Engagement to spearhead its grassroots and grasstops mobilization initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the organization's efforts to build public support for policy and political priorities, with a focus on developing leaders from disproportionately impacted communities. This role is pivotal in translating policy and political goals into public-facing campaigns, cultivating relationships with community-based organizations, and ensuring that community voices are central to the organization's work through equity-centered outreach and organizing. The Vice-President will also be involved in leadership development, community partnerships, and will work closely with the executive team to set and implement the strategic plan.
