Promoting the sale of life insurance products in a high-volume remote call center environment, the full-time Licensed Life Insurance Agent will explain product features, complete applications, and achieve sales goals while providing exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities Promotes the sale of life insurance products and identifies cross-sell and up-sell opportunities Completes necessary applications and follows internal processing procedures to ensure compliance with company policies Provides advanced technical and product information to customers to meet established sales and quality goals Required qualifications High School degree or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred Minimum of 2 years of sales and/or customer service experience; at least 1 year in insurance or financial services preferred Current license to sell life insurance Proven track record of delivering high levels of customer-focused service Strong knowledge of MS Office and web-related products
