- Support facility-specific clinical programs, including dementia care, chronic disease management, wound care, and proactive care initiatives.
- Mentor and supervise APPs to ensure exceptional care delivery.
- Participate in facility meetings, including Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) programs.

- Leadership Potential: Experience as a medical director or a strong interest in advancing into a leadership role.
- Board Certification: Board certification in family medicine, internal medicine, geriatrics, or physical medicine and rehabilitation is preferred.
- Collaboration & Independence: Ability to work independently while fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Technology Proficiency: Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) and familiarity with telemedicine tools.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive salary, depending on experience.
- Flexible work schedule with opportunities for telemedicine coverage.
- Part-time and full-time positions available
- No call, no weekend coverage.
- Support for Certified Medical Director (CMD) certification through PALTmed (Post-Acute and Long-Term Care Medicine). CME training and costs will be covered.
