You will focus on improving test coverage, reducing manual regression efforts, and ensuring seamless integration between Salesforce (Sales/Service/Health Clouds) and external systems.Key ResponsibilitiesFramework Development: Design, build, and maintain robust Selenium-based automation frameworks from scratch, typically using Java or Python.Test Execution: Automate critical business flows including login, lead conversion, and record creation within the Salesforce Lightning UI.Integration & API Testing: Validate complex integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.CI/CD Integration: Integrate automated test suites into DevOps pipelines using tools like Azure DevOps (ADO) or Jenkins to enable continuous quality gates.Defect Management: Perform root-cause analysis on failures, conduct defect triage, and collaborate with developers to ensure timely closures.Agile Collaboration: Participate in sprint planning, provide feedback on technical design documents, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
