Landscape Project Manager

Project Manager Highlights:

Focus: High-end residential landscape design/build projects. Primarily residential.
Project Size: Ranges from $1,000 up to $500,000+, with 3-4 projects managed at a time

Daily Responsibilities:

Oversee morning crew huddles, give guidance, and prepare for the day.
Visit job sites in the morning and after lunch to ensure work is on track.
Office tasks in between site visits, prepping for following days.
Ensure smooth flow of project execution, answer questions, and adjust plans as needed.

Qualifications:

Project management experience in the residential (preferably high-end) landscape industry.
Broad industry knowledge (hardscapes, irrigation, outdoor lighting, planting, horticulture).
Strong internal accountability and ability to work without constant supervision (“not need babysitting”).
Able to manage multiple active projects and coordinate with limited crews.
Project management/Landscape Software experience preferred
