Home Care Aide (non-medical)

Job Description

We are seeking Home Care Aides to become a part of our team! You will provide routine, non-medical care to clients in the comfort of their own home.

** Simpsonville Assignments :: * Mon-Fri 11 a.m.-2 p.m. & (light house keeping, grooming, errands)- client 1

* Every other Weekend- Saturday 9 a.m.- 1 p.m. and Sunday 9:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m.

( bathing/grooming, meal prep, light housekeeping, Companion Care) client 2

** Greenville Assignment: Mon-Fri 8:30 a.m.-11:30 a.m. & some afternoons 3 p-6 p

(light housekeeping, laundry, meal prep, transferring, accompany to doc appointments)

Responsibilities:

Provide routine individualized, in-home non-medical care to people in the care of their own homes
Monitor and report changes in patient health status
Provide personal care, such as bathing and dressing patients
Medication Reminders
Provide Safety & Fall Prevention

Qualifications:

Experience is preferred but not required
Positive and patient demeanor
Ability to build rapport with patients, staff, and families
Ability to handle physical workload
Good written and verbal communication skills
10- Year Driving Record
SLED/ Criminal Background Check
TB Skin Test
Able to pass Drugscreen
