Job DescriptionJob DescriptionBenefits:Paid Health, Dental, and Life InsuranceGenerous 401K PlanOptional Vision Insurance, Telemedicine, Long and Short-Term Disability InsurancePaid Vacation and HolidaysResponsibilities include, but are not limited to:Overseeing daily manufacturing, fabrication and assembly line requirements on all product lines / divisionsEnsuring that we are manufacturing kits in a timely manner with a high rate of accuracy in all shiftsOverseeing multiple shiftsIdentifying ways to improve the department’s efficiency and accuracyResponsible for meeting delivery, quality and labor cost goalsMeet KPI on output, scrap, attendance and overtime reductionManaging schedules for supervisors and shop employees in all shiftsFilling in for production as / where needed (Welding, making hoses, powder coating, QC, etc.)Ensuring that the shop meets safety standardsEnforcing company policiesImplementing and enforcing department rules and policiesAssist with establishing department goals and plans for growth and regularly measuring progressDocumenting and maintaining job descriptions with clearly defined procedures for each positionEnsuring that the communication between the shop and other departments is clear and consistentAssisting in employee recruitment, reviews and evaluations, promotions, retention, and terminations as neededEnsuring that all production equipment is working efficiently and safely and scheduling/making repairs as neededEnsuring that the shop floor stays safe, clean, and organizedApplicants must:Have an Associates degree or equivalentHave knowledge of manufacturing processesHave welding and fabrication experienceHave management experience in a production shopDemonstrate excellent leadership skillsHave a positive attitude and work well with othersDemonstrate high attention to detail with an emphasis on high accuracyBe able to accurately read blueprintsBe capable of working under pressureBe open to working late or early as needed to meet deadlinesExperience with coordinating and scheduling is a plusPossess excellent written and verbal communication skillsDesired Qualities & Skills:Positive leadershipForward thinkingHonesty and IntegrityGood problem-solving skillsProven team building skillsExcellent organizational skillsExcellent time management skillsStrong work ethic and disciplineContinued desire to learn and improveSelf-management skills / mindsetKnow when to ask for helpProactiveKnowledge of Word and Excel\nCompany DescriptionHydrauliCircuit Technology, LLC (HCT) provides innovative solutions to the construction industry with our custom designed field installation auxiliary hydraulic kits and guards for Excavators.
