Precision Manufacturing Operators

Balance Staffing is hiring Precision Manufacturing Operators for a leading Pinellas Park manufacturer supporting aerospace, medical, automotive, and industrial applications.

We are currently hiring for roles involving precision winding, machine operation, and technical production processes. Candidates with manufacturing, assembly, machining, electronics, or mechanical experience are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

Operate precision manufacturing and winding equipment
Work with small precision components and assemblies
Follow technical work instructions and production procedures
Perform visual inspections throughout the manufacturing process
Maintain quality and safety standards
Support production goals in a clean, team-oriented environment

Preferred Experience:

Manufacturing or machine operator experience
Mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detail
Experience in precision manufacturing, electronics, assembly, machining, or medical device production preferred
Experience using measuring tools or inspection equipment is a plus
Ability to work with small parts and repetitive precision tasks
