We're hiring now for Maintenance in Logan, UTWhat we offerWeekly pay of $20.00-$25.00 per hourDirect deposit & debit card payment optionsHealth, vision, dental, life, and disability insuranceGet weekends offWeekly PayProduction Maintenance MechanicTasks & Duties (What you'll do)Perform routine maintenance around the building fixing structural damage to building systemsRepair broken or leaking plumbing to avoid water damageWork on damaged electrical wiring when a shortage or severed wire occursMaintain the building HVAC equipment in order to keep climate control in the facility functioning properlyApply preventative measures to the building to reduce the risk of future problemsFix potential safety hazards to avoid injuriesPaint the building when old paint has become faded or chippedMaintenanceShift InfoDay Shift, 3:00 pm to 11:00 pmMonday - FridayProduction Maintenance MechanicQualifications (Requirements/Skills)Maintenance experience preferredGED / High School DiplomaAble to pass a pre-employment drug screenAble to pass a background checkAble to work in the USPlumbing knowledge to address leaks, clogs or other drainage problemsElectrical wiring capabilities to manage problems with the building's electricityCarpentry ability to handle basic repairs around the buildingGrounds keeping skills if the facility contains lawns or other outdoor areas in need of maintenanceInterpersonal skills to interact with employees or residents of the building in a pleasant mannerAttention to detail to ensure that all jobs are completed in a timely manner and any warning signs of problems are not overlookedPhysical stamina to handle a full shift of being active and working on the buildingAble to pass a backgroundcheckAble to work in the USApply today, Maintenance - Looking for night shift work? near Logan, UT, 84321About Ascend StaffingAscend Staffing has been connecting great people with real opportunities for over 50 years.
