Window Cleaning Technician: $18–$35/hr Potential – Full Time (Boise)

Pay & Hours

• Training pay: $18/hr
• After training: typically $20–$24/hr based on performance (speed, quality, reliability)
• Our current tech is averaging a bit over $22/hr on paycheck (before cash tips and review bonuses)
• On top of hourly:
• You keep 100% of customer tips (including cash)
• bonus for every 5‑star review you personally earn
• With tips and review bonuses, most days land in the low‑ to mid‑$20s per hour, and strong days can reach the $30–$35/hr range
• 35–40 hours/week in season, mostly weekdays, occasional overtime (FYI Daily hours can differ based on your speed of work and the jobs)

What You'll Do

• Review your schedule and jobs for the day
• Load and care for professional window‑cleaning tools
• Drive your own vehicle (potentially company vehicle soon) to jobs around Boise and nearby areas
• Greet homeowners, set expectations, and protect their home while you work
• Clean interior and exterior windows using ladders and professional techniques
• Do a final walk‑around with the customer and fix anything they see
• Keep equipment clean, organized, and report any issues
• Leave Doorhangers on slow days

What We're Looking For

• Reliable, on‑time, and accountable
• Comfortable on ladders and doing physical work all day
• Clean, professional appearance in uniform
• Respectful on job sites: no smoking/vaping, no cussing, no loud music
• Coachable: takes feedback and applies it
• Good with people – you'll be inside nice homes, around kids and pets
• Wants growth, not just a paycheck

Requirements

• Valid driver's license & reliable vehicle
• Comfortable with physical work and heights (2‑story ladders)
• Clean driving record
