Desired Qualifications:

• Current Alabama Teacher’s Certification with Math endorsement (Bachelor’s degree or higher required)
• Demonstrated expertise in secondary mathematics instruction
• Ability to establish a classroom climate that supports learning and personal development
• Strong rapport-building skills with students, families, and school personnel
• Familiarity with utilizing technology to enhance instruction and engagement
