Human Resource Generalist

Human Resources Position

Knowledgeable and experienced in a variety of areas of Human Resources including but not limited to policies and procedures, benefits, regulatory compliance, recruiting, training and employee relations.

Advises Team Members of policies and procedures, communicate benefit information and changes, hiring opportunities and effective HR practices regarding Team Member issues.

Maintains accuracy of HRIS System (UKG/UltiPro).

Develops and prepares weekly and monthly reports as requested.

Maintains strict confidentiality of sensitive information, able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, able to prioritize, multi-task and work extended hours as necessary to accommodate workforce schedules.

Maintain knowledge, understanding and adhere to safety policies, USDA, GMP's, QA, HACCP, Sanitation rules and regulations, and company policies.

Assists Team Members directly with routine inquiries.

Regular and dependable attendance and punctuality are essential functions of this position.

Assist with birthday club and other employee relations events.

Perform other duties in support of department or company needs as required.
