Don't miss out on this incredible opportunity!SummaryPerform, evaluate, report, and maintain quality inspection and laboratory testing results for products sourced from suppliers to ensure compliance with customer requirements and ANSI/ASME specifications. Conduct mechanical testing on products to verify physical characteristics and monitor internal production processes, supporting objectives such as quality control, process optimization, and product development.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesProject Responsibilities:Test and document products in compliance with ANSI/ASME process requirementsTrouble-shoots manufacturing issues & diagnose product failuresEvaluate and identify customer samplesConduct evaluations, analysis, and tests of factory and competitor productsMaintain Technical Center equipment (laboratory)Provide internal technical supportQuality Assurance:Suggests process for continuous improvementVerify conformity of incoming products through inspection and measurementConduct regular audits to ensure the quality of internally assembled products meets the customer requirements and standardsEvaluate, analyze, and diagnose product failures reported the customer complains (RMA) to identify root causesDevelop and implement effective solutions to help Production DepartmentAdheres to and follows the facility Quality Management System (QMS) in all documentation and business actions to maintain consistency and qualityIdentify non-conformance products, report them digitally, and initiate quarantine procedures to prevent further use or distributionDocumentation:Record calibration for all laboratory equipmentMaintain accurate records, results, and digital reports of inspections and any identified issuesMaintain the laboratory manual including standard operating proceduresCoordinate and track outsource testing results as needed for product validationPay: $55,000 minimum.Benefits:Competitive salaryFlexible hoursHealth, dental and vision insurance401(k)Profit sharing planSTD, LTD and life insuranceGenerous PTO policy and paid holidays
