Our technology and innovation, partnerships and networks combine to deliver a unique set of products and services that help people, businesses and governments realize their greatest potential.Title and SummaryVice President, Benefits Presentment, Core PaymentsBe a part of the future of Mastercard’s Consumer Products value proposition by leading the design and delivery of Mastercard Benefit Presentment, an AI led presentment layer that brings together all Card benefits in one platform with (personalization, orchestration, intelligence) The Consumer Product and Processing (CPP) organization within Core Payments is responsible for building and managing key Mastercard product lines including Credit Cards, Instalments and One Credential. In this role, you will lead product management and define the strategic roadmap for the Benefits Presentment Platform. Responsibilities include prioritizing the right feature set, compelling UX/UI, product lifecycle management & execution and crafting compelling product messaging and positioning This is a highly cross functional role requiring close collaboration across CPP, Mastercard’s global and regional teams, marketing, engineering and external partners. You will work in close alignment with executive leadership to ensure strategic clarity, disciplined execution, and operational excellence. This role offers a compelling blend of strategy, product leadership, and execution, positioning the successful candidate as a senior leader with enterprise level impact at Mastercard. Key Responsibilities:- Lead the development, execution & management of Benefits Presentment. - Deliver the future of Mastercard’s AI native transactions consumer experiences. - Define and manage the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with Mastercard’s CVP strategy and growth objectives - Identify, evaluate, and prioritize key markets and use case launches; work with regions, engineering and customer delivery to launch in key markets / customer - Design seamless user experiences and go-to-market strategies that drive adoption, engagement, and cardholder value - Build and refine business cases to support scale and expansion - Partner closely with cross functional teams (including Technology, Marketing, and Experience Design Team) to ensure integrated execution - Maintain strong feedback loops with executive leadership and delivery teams to ensure alignment, transparency, and timely decisionmaking - Be a part of a larger team consisting of Product Managers, CRM Managers and Experience Designers Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:- Experience in launching new products in complex, cross functional environments - Experience across Digital Ecosystem and in driving consumer preference through compelling features and UX including Direct to consumer space, with knowledge of Conversational AI, Agentic Commerce and data driven personalization features - Knowledge of CRM techniques and capabilities to offer personalized benefits, offers and packages to all cardholders - Strong financial acumen, including the ability to build business cases and manage budgets - Clear, compelling communicator with experience influencing senior executive audiences and driving crossfunctional alignment - Strong cross functional leadership mindset with the ability to navigate organizational complexity - Embodies The Mastercard Way and leadership principles, championing collaboration, innovation, and accountability - Master’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Engineering, Economics) and/or an MBA preferred Why This Role Matters:- Shape how millions of cardholders globally experience and realize value from Mastercard benefits - Build a platform at the intersection of AI, payments, and personalization - Operate with real ownership — defining strategy, influencing investment, and shipping at scale - You’ll work closely with AI, data, and engineering teams to bring modern product thinking — experimentation, learning loops, and platform mindset — into a regulated, global environment.Mastercard is a merit-based, inclusive, equal opportunity employer that considers applicants without regard to gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, disabled or veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
