Role Compensation: $75,000 Base Salary + 5% Commission on Gross Billings (First 12 Months of Account Life) + Monthly Mileage/Expense Package

We are expanding aggressively across Monmouth County, and we are hunting for an elite Director of Business Development for Monmouth County who treats their territory like a franchise and wants to build a massive personal income.

Why This Role is Radically Different: Pure Uncapped Commission: You earn a continuous 5% commission on the total gross billings of every single account you open for its first full year. Because premium private homecare contracts represent massive, recurring weekly revenue, your commissions compound month-over-month.

Location Advantage: You won’t be commuting out of your territory. Your physical home base is our secure, compliant office suite located in the Tinton Falls/Neptune/Eatontown corridor right off Exit 102 on the Parkway—putting you minutes away from your highest-yielding accounts.

What You Will Do (The Leading Indicators): This is a high-visibility, pure outbound field-hunting position. You will not be sitting behind a desk planning or folding brochures. You will manage your territory using clear, daily activity metrics tracked transparently inside our CRM:

-Execute a minimum of 35 face-to-face field interactions per week with key discharge planners, healthcare case managers, and private wealth/elder law professionals.

-Manage your territory systematically to open 4 distinct geographical sectors within the county. Yield 2 to 3 qualified premium care inquiries by Week 4, scaling into a predictable, self-sustaining pipeline.

The Mandatory Filter (Read Before Applying): We operate a highly disciplined, metric-driven sales environment. We track daily activity and pipeline velocity in real time.

Requirements:

- Minimum 2–3 years of documented success in high-ticket outbound sales (B2B, premium senior living move-ins, hospice outreach, medical device, or industrial/home service contracts).

-Proven ability to handle price resistance and execute highly consultative, emotional sales cycles.

-Strong geographic knowledge of the local Monmouth County landscape.

Must possess a valid driver’s license, an incredibly reliable personal vehicle, and active car insurance for daily regional field routes.
