The Opportunity

Our agents come from a wide variety of backgrounds. Some have been business owners, restaurant servers, car salespeople, recent college graduates, and experienced sales professionals.

What do successful agents have in common?

They have a strong desire to succeed—and they are willing to work for it.

You do not need to be a natural-born salesperson or have years of insurance experience. We provide training, a proven sales system, and field support.

But this is not a role for someone who needs constant supervision or motivation.

You will need to be comfortable working independently, managing your own time, following a proven system, hearing "no," and continuing to move forward.

What You'll Do

As an Outside Sales Representative, you will:

• Present supplemental insurance products to individuals, businesses, and employee groups
• Build relationships with new and existing clients
• Prospect for new customers and business opportunities
• Conduct appointments and follow-up with potential clients
• Learn and implement our proven sales system
• Work toward established activity and production goals
• Respond to client questions and help resolve concerns
• Build long-term relationships that generate referrals and repeat opportunities
• Develop a self-sustaining referral network
• Continue developing your sales, communication, and leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications

• 2–4 years of outside sales experience is preferred, but not required
• Experience in B2B sales, customer service, business ownership, hospitality, retail, or other performance-driven environments can be valuable
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage your own schedule and priorities
• Comfortable working toward goals and measurable activity expectations
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Insurance license preferred, or willingness and ability to obtain the required license

• Average first-year agent income of $65,000
