Medical Laboratory Scientist - Clinical Laboratoryat Providence St. Joseph Medical Center in Burbank, CA. This position is per-diem and will work 8-hour, Variable shifts.

Reporting to the General Laboratory Supervisor, this position is responsible for performing superior customer satisfaction, ensuring the highest quality care and service. Performs a wide range of procedures including procedures of high complexity in at least three laboratory sections where one of the sections is blood bank/transfusion services.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Upon hire: California Clinical Laboratory Scientist License

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience after Clinical Laboratory Scientist licensure as a Generalist or Microbiologist

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
