This position offers the opportunity to take on increasingly high-impact roadway design projects, contribute to high-profile transportation initiatives, and play a key role in delivering projects that make a lasting impact.Lead the development and delivery of roadway design projects.Provide technical leadership, quality oversight, and coordination across multidisciplinary teams.Support project execution through planning, scheduling, and collaboration with project managers and clients.Mentor engineering staff and promote technical excellence across project teams.QualificationsMinimum:BS in Civil Engineering or related field and 6 years of roadway design experience or demonstrated equivalent experience and/or education.Georgia PE License or the ability to obtain in 6 months Preferred:Experience leading Georgia roadway projects from preliminary designs through final delivery.
