New York Community Home Care in Brooklyn is seeking a Spanish-speaking HR Coordinator to support our home care agency. You will partner with the HR team to organize, manage, and direct HR operations, ensuring accurate and confidential handling of records.
Responsibilities include processing new hires, terminations, and payroll changes; maintaining department files; and assisting with compensation and performance review cycles.
