Job Summary The MRI Technologist is responsible for performing a variety of imaging procedures as ordered by a physician. This role involves day-to-day activities to ensure the delivery of quality patient care within a diagnostic/therapeutic environment. Responsibilities Facilitate the operations of the MRI department. Assist the MRI Supervisor with day‑to‑day operations, balancing budgetary constraints, equipment and personnel needs, and quality improvement. Demonstrate knowledge of growth and development across the lifespan and assess patient needs relative to age‑specific requirements. Deliver compassionate, holistic care while supporting the rights and dignity of all patients. Qualifications Education: Graduate of an accredited Radiology Technologist program. Certification/License: Current registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT). MRI registered or must obtain within 6 months of hire. American Heart Basic Life Support (BLS). One year of experience preferred.
