Position Overview We are looking for remote FX and crypto portfolio traders to manage diversified currency and digital asset portfolios using firm capital. You will construct and rebalance positions across forex and crypto markets with structured risk parameters and performance-based compensation. Location: Dallas, TX Employment Type: Independent Contractor (1099) Experience Level: 2+ years trading or managing investments Key Responsibilities Execute forex and crypto trades using firm capital and a documented trading plan Synthesize macro data, central bank guidance, and intermarket signals into actionable views Apply technical frameworks — trend, mean reversion, or breakout — consistent with your edge Manage open positions through partials, trailing stops, and disciplined exit rules Maintain a structured trade journal to drive continuous improvement in your process Participate in optional trader collaboration channels to broaden perspective Required Qualifications 2+ years of experience in active options or forex trading Genuine understanding of financial markets and trading mechanics Ability to manage risk, follow rules, and maintain composure under pressure Self‑motivated with a strong work ethic and desire for continuous improvement Dependable computer hardware and a stable internet connection Experience with charting or analytical software is a plus Position Details 1099 independent contractor with no W‑2 employment relationship or fixed hours Profit‑based compensation from 60% to 90%, with no cap on total earnings Initial firm capital up to $50,000, with documented scaling toward $500,000+ Fully remote — work from home, an office, or anywhere else you choose Performance‑based capital increases reviewed on a bi‑monthly schedule Full breakdown of tier benefits and scaling timeline provided during interviews Our Work Culture Our remote‑first culture is intentional.
