Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week travel assignment in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)/Sub Acute setting. The RN will provide high-quality patient care, administer medications, monitor patient conditions, collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, and ensure accurate documentation while delivering compassionate care.
