Client Services Operations Support Representative I Location: Lathrop, CA (full‑time, on‑site). Salary: $17–$19 per hour. Key Responsibilities Provide clerical support, including copying, filing, processing documents and mail, and basic data entry. Process incoming correspondence and post payments (checks, EFT, debit/credit card). Make outbound phone calls to insurance carriers and healthcare providers to gather payment information. Enter data into various applications/systems as required for workflow. Ensure accuracy and efficiency, adhering to company policies, client procedures, federal & state regulations, contractual compliance, and quality/productivity goals. Maintain required client clearances for system/record access. Complete assigned training with acceptable scores and apply training knowledge. Perform additional tasks and duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word. Familiarity with general office equipment and ability to learn new tools quickly. Basic problem‑solving and written and oral communication skills. Fast, accurate typing with 10‑key ability. Basic math for calculating numbers and percentages. Strong follow‑up, multitasking, prioritization, and organizational skills. Detail oriented, independent and collaborative, with positive team attitude. Customer‑service focus. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (proof required). One year or more of related office clerical or customer‑service experience preferred.
