Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service & Nutrition Guidance
- Greet and engage customers, providing personalized nutrition education and recommendations
- Assist customers in selecting healthy meal options and nutritional products
- Answer questions about wellness plans, nutrition, and Project LeanNation offerings
- Retail Operations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting retail space
- Restock shelves and ensure product displays are attractive and up to date
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Community Engagement
- Participate in local wellness events and workshops as a brand ambassador
- Build relationships with customers to foster repeat visits and loyalty
Requirements
- Passion for nutrition, wellness, or health education
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Previous experience in retail, nutrition, hospitality, or customer-facing roles preferred
- Basic knowledge of nutrition and healthy living concepts
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Weekend and evening availability required
Schedule
Part time position with flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
