Seven Healthcare are seeking a skilled RN for an ICU role specializing in intensive care at a level 2 trauma center in Marshfield, WI. This travel assignment is an excellent opportunity for those experienced in handling high-acuity patient loads in an acute care setting. The unit consists of 16 beds, with an additional 2 procedural beds, and provides a dynamic and supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - ICU

• Provide critical care nursing within a 1:1 or 1:2 nurse-to-patient ratio, depending on acuity
• Manage and titrate drips including Epi, norepi, propofol, precedex, and others
• Monitor telemetry independently and document patient rhythm strips
• Participate in immediate post-operative heart patient care, working closely with intensivists
• Adapt to floating requirements within SICU, MICU, or patient observation roles

Requirements of the RN - ICU

• Current ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications
• Experience with high-acuity patient populations
• Flexible scheduling availability to include every other weekend and holiday
