The Hertz Corporation, a world leader in the car rental industry, currently seeks energetic team players to join our team. The Automotive Technician is the second level within the Hertz Corporation for our maintenance team. In this role you will be performing preventative maintenance, minor repairs, and inspection. What You’ll Get: Hourly Rate is $18.75 + median incentive is approximately $553/month, varies based on job performance. Benefits: Further program information can be found here at HertzBenefits.com. Educational Background: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Professional Experience: At minimum one (1) years of vehicle maintenance experience. Preferred prior experience with automotive repair (personal or professional). Minimum two (2) ASE certifications required. Knowledge: Must be able to perform vehicle repairs with oversight. Ability to use shop equipment such as lifts, tire changing equipment, alignment machines, and scan tools. Additional Notes: Must have tools to perform necessary repairs.
