Job Overview A law firm seeks a highly qualified Mid/Senior Associate to join their Private Investment Funds group in Los Angeles. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in managing substantial components of transactions independently and working collaboratively in teams. Responsibilities Represent domestic and international venture capital and private equity funds. Structure, form, and operate investment funds. Manage various transactions, including financings and acquisitions. Form alternative investment structures. Requirements Outstanding academic credentials. Comparable law firm experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Relevant bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission promptly. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Bar admission in relevant jurisdiction. Skills Strong teamwork and independent management abilities. Proficiency in structuring and managing investment funds.
