Pay Range

  • $17.55–$18.00/hour for candidates without teller experience (we will fully train the right person!)
  • Up to $19.50+/hour for candidates with direct teller experience
  • $2.00/hour shift differential for Saturdays (tellers generally work a 3.5 hour shift every 2nd to 3rd Saturday)
  • This role is Full-Time (40 hours/week).

What You’ll Do

  • Greet members warmly and assist with day-to-day transactions
  • Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and cash advances accurately
  • Balance and maintain your cash drawer in accordance with Credit Union procedures
  • Process wires, transfers, ACH paperwork, and negotiable documents
  • Answer member’s questions in person and over the phone
  • Identify opportunities to better serve members through additional products and services
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with policies and regulations
  • Support daily branch operations and collaborate with teammates

Who You Are

  • At least 18 years old with
  • A valid driver’s license
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Customer service experience
  • Cash handling experience
  • Teller or financial institution experience is a plus—but not required
  • Friendly, organized, and dependable
  • Comfortable multitasking and learning new systems
  • Trustworthy and able to handle confidential information
  • Able to sit, stand, and lift up to 50 lbs as needed

Schedule

  • Monday–Friday as early as 7:45am or as late as 5:45pm
  • Rotating Saturdays from 9:15am to 12:45om
