Production / Staff Process Engineer We’re seeking a Production / Staff Process Engineer to accelerate your learning in manufacturing and chemical engineering. You’ll take ownership of process improvement projects and work on your own ideas in a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities Ensure products meet our quality, cost, and efficiency requirements. Monitor day‑to‑day production results. Design, develop, and implement continuous process improvements. Assist with process troubleshooting and corrective action plans. Contribute to the design of moderately complex projects and handle elements of major projects. About You BSc in Chemical Engineering or related engineering field. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Working knowledge of basic chemical unit operations. Relevant internships, placements or work experience are useful but not essential. Total Rewards The annual pay range for this position is $82,053.60 – $102,567.00, bonus eligible.
