Position Overview

We are seeking motivated, skilled Landscape Installers to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals with hands-on experience in landscape installation, heavy equipment operation, irrigation, or related trades — and for driven individuals who are eager to learn and grow.

Core Responsibilities

• Landscape installation (planting, grading, sod, mulch, stone, etc.)
• Irrigation installation and troubleshooting
• Site preparation and cleanup
• Reading and executing landscape plans
• Operating equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintaining high-quality standards on every project
• Representing Prime Landscaping professionally on job sites

Required Qualifications

• Must have reliable transportation
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to get to and from work consistently
• Strong work ethic
• Punctual and dependable
• Clear, professional communication
• Physically capable of outdoor labor in Texas weather
• Team-oriented mindset

Preferred Skills & Experience

Experience in one or more of the following areas is highly valued:

• Irrigation installation and repair
• Skid steer operation
• Excavator operation
• Electrical experience
• Plumbing background
• Mechanical experience
• Construction or trade experience
• Equipment maintenance
