$100000 - $150000 per annumUnited States Texas KilleenPermanent Data Centre Electrical Field Superintendent – Data Center ConstructionKilleen, TX | On-SiteA leading 100% employee-owned general contractor is seeking an experienced Electrical Field Superintendent to support the construction of large-scale, mission-critical data center projects in Killeen, TX.This is a hands-on field leadership role responsible for coordinating electrical construction activities, subcontractors, manpower, scheduling, safety, quality, and production. The ideal candidate will have strong electrical construction experience and the ability to lead field teams in a fast-paced data center environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead day-to-day electrical construction activities, including subcontractor and craft supervision.Drive a strong safety-first culture and ensure project safety plans are consistently executed.Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractors to maintain project schedule.Review electrical drawings, shop drawings, RFIs, and design conflicts and coordinate resolutions.Manage quality control and verify installations meet project requirements and specifications.Develop and maintain detailed schedules for assigned areas of responsibility.Lead subcontractor coordination meetings and communicate priorities, sequencing, and expectations.Support LEAN planning, risk management, and daily field planning.Monitor production, costs, timekeeping, quantities, and daily reporting.Coordinate with project leadership to identify and mitigate schedule, quality, and construction risks.Oversee field teams and provide coaching, training, and performance feedback.Ensure materials and equipment are available when needed to maintain schedule and productivity.Qualifications2+ years of supervisory experience in electrical construction or a similar construction discipline.Strong understanding of electrical construction methods, equipment, tools, and field procedures.Experience supervising electrical subcontractors, foremen, and/or craft personnel.Strong understanding of construction scheduling, sequencing, and cost control.Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Data center, mission-critical, or other complex commercial/industrial construction experience strongly Required.Pay & Perks:Salary + 20% upliftweekly per diem$7,500 one-time mobilization bonus$1,000/month travel allowance to visit homeCompetitive weekly salaryBonus eligibilityEmployee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) + 401(k)Health coverage beginning on your first dayFlexible Time OffHealth Savings and Wellness benefitsLife and disability insuranceEducational assistanceEmployee-owner perks and wellness programsOpportunity for long-term career growth with a 100% employee-owned organizationIf you’re an experienced Electrical Superintendent looking to take on major data center construction projects with a company that invests heavily in its people, this could be an excellent opportunity.With over 90 years' combined experience, NES Fircroft (NES) is proud to be the world's leading engineering staffing provider spanning the Oil & Gas, Power & Renewables, Chemicals, Construction & Infrastructure, Life Sciences, Mining and Manufacturing sectors worldwide.
