We are a professional staffing firm, working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. Currently, we have a Commercial Loan Processor opportunity with a Regional Texas Bank. This role is vital to our lending operationspartnering closely with lenders and staff to prepare closing packages for consumer, commercial, and real estate loans while ensuring every document meets the highest accuracy and regulatory compliance standards. The Commercial Loan Processor is responsible for below specific duties.

• File original notes and negotiable items.
• Process paid loans, including releasing collateral and related documentation.
• Process the ITRAK import daily and review import data.
• Set up exception tracking for new loans and CIFs
• Set up and train new employees on the ITRAK system.
• Perfect collateral (prepare and mail in modifications, process UCCs, process title binder extensions, etc.).
• Process incoming trailing documents and update the tracking system accordingly.
• Prepare loans for funding.
• Book loans on the core system.

Required qualifications for the position include:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Must have banking experience and at least two years in loan operations
• Knowledge of documentation for all loan types
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.

Pay Rate Range: $44,000 - $66,000 annually Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and location.
