This is a fast-paced, customer-facing coordination role responsible for managing repair quotes, work orders, and communication between customers, technicians, vendors, and internal teams.This role is heavily focused on communication, organization, and system-based work using our ERP platform (P21). The Service Coordinator plays a key role in keeping service jobs moving efficiently from diagnosis to completion while ensuring a strong customer experience.This is an excellent opportunity for early-career candidates, recent graduates, or individuals transitioning from high-volume customer service environments such as food service, retail, or call centers into a structured office-based operations role.
