Digital Product Management Associate

Owning end-to-end product capabilities within the Risk Management ecosystem, the full-time Digital Product Management Associate will define business requirements, drive solution design, and ensure successful delivery of product enhancements while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment. Key responsibilities Define and manage product capabilities, driving enhancements and new initiatives within the Risk Management ecosystem Collaborate with various teams to translate business objectives into scalable product solutions that balance customer experience and risk controls Prioritize the product backlog and roadmap by defining features, user stories, and delivery milestones aligned to strategic goals Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field 1+ years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, or a related domain Experience working in Agile/SAFe environments, including backlog management and sprint planning Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate complex business processes Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders
