Consolidated Management is a food service management company with over 50 years of experience, currently operating in 10 states. We specialize in providing food service programs tailored to each client and location. Our team members represent our company with integrity, honesty, and a commitment to delivering outstanding service. At Consolidated Management, customer service is an attitude—not a department.
Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate has prior cooking experience, a positive attitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while standing for extended periods.
Schedule & Pay
- Part Time Position
- No Late Nights
- Rotating Weekends
- Pay based on experience
- Must be 21
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes
- Ensure proper food preparation, handling, and storage
- Maintain compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Present food in an appealing and appetizing manner
- Assist with kitchen cleaning and sanitation
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
Qualifications
- Previous cooking experience required
- Knowledge of special diets preferred
- Must be at least 21 years old (position located within a jail facility)
- Ability to pass a drug test and background check
- Ability to work independently
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Reliable transportation
