SailPoint IAM Engineer

Overview We are seeking a SailPoint Engineer II to support Identity and Access Management (IAM) initiatives for a large healthcare organization in Dallas. This individual will play a key role in designing, supporting, and improving access management processes across a complex healthcare environment while helping drive automation and security best practices. Responsibilities Support and enhance SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) solutions and IAM processes. Develop and maintain role-based access controls (RBAC) and rule-based provisioning workflows. Partner with application teams to manage user lifecycle processes, including onboarding, transfers, and offboarding. Support integrations with Active Directory, Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions. Troubleshoot access-related issues and automate manual provisioning activities. Assist with access reviews, audit support, and compliance-related initiatives. Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to improve identity governance and operational efficiency. Qualifications 5+ years of Identity and Access Management (IAM) experience. Hands-on experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) or comparable SailPoint solutions. Strong knowledge of Active Directory, SSO, MFA, PAM, and role-based access controls. Experience developing or supporting automated provisioning and access governance solutions. Familiarity with PowerShell, scripting, or automation tools is preferred. Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills. Preferred Experience Healthcare industry experience strongly preferred. Understanding of healthcare application access models, compliance requirements, and complex rule-based access structures. Experience supporting clinical, operational, or enterprise healthcare systems is highly beneficial. #J-18808-Ljbffr
