Community Concierge & Events Coordinator

Address: 2875 NE 191 Street, Suite 500, 33180 Aventura The opportunity As a Community Associate, you’ll work closely with new and existing customers across a myriad of industries, creating and maintaining a community within your center, and handling all administrative and support needs so that customers can focus on running their business. A typical day at IWG You arrive a few minutes before the center opens to ensure everything is ready and there's nothing missed by cleaners. Throughout the morning, customers ask for Wi‑Fi changes, package status, room directions, projector setup, and other support. You manage calls, ensure services are properly charged, and keep invoices accurate. During lunch and coffee breaks, you handle mail, email customers about pending packages, and address other requests. In the afternoon, you assist with printing, billing, and open tickets for service requests (e.g., temperature issues). You then collaborate with the Community Manager to plan the next week’s networking event, write e‑invitations, and create posters. At day’s end, you guide a large meeting group to a nearby restaurant and tidy the venue before concluding your shift. About You We’re looking for someone who manages multiple tasks while providing exceptional customer service.
