Qualifications

• State License Willing to obtain is allowed.
• Certifications BLS or BLS (AHA). Willing to obtain allowed for BLS or BLS (AHA).
• Specialty Experience 1+ years of experience in General in last 3 years.
• Specialty Experience 1+ years of experience in job's specialty.
• EMR Must have experience with EMRs.
• Skills Assessment GPT skills assessment with 2.7+ score.
• Additional Confirmations Ability to meet a productivity expectation of 60 visits/week is required.
• Additional Confirmations Ability to see 12-14 patients/day is required.
• Additional Confirmations Experience with double-booking follow up visits is required.
• COVID Vaccine Medical and religious declinations are accepted. Willing to obtain allowed.
• Flu Vaccine (Current Season) Must be for the current flu season. Medical and religious declinations are accepted. Willing to obtain allowed.
• Travel Contract Must travel at least 50.0 miles to receive a travel stipend. Local candidates are eligible, but the pay package may adjust the rate by a few dollars per hour, will not contain a travel stipend, and will be entirely taxable.
