Summary The Beauty Advisor provides personalized customer service and expert product consultations while building customer relationships and driving individual and vendor sales. The role also supports beauty events and maintains a welcoming, well-merchandised counter. Responsibilities Achieve individual, vendor, event, and department sales goals. Develop customer relationships and deliver an exceptional experience from consultation through follow-up. Use clienteling tools to record customer information and preferences. Maintain counter standards and represent the department and vendor professionally. Requirements At least one year of retail experience, preferably in a customer-focused cosmetics environment. Demonstrated sales success, including exceeding quota. Ability to provide professional makeup and treatment consultations and applications.
