Job Title: ER Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Emergency Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience required License: Must be licensed to practice in South Carolina Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS Must-Have: - Previous charge experience preferred - Experience with patient ratios Description: The position is for an ER Registered Nurse. The nurse will work night shifts. Each shift will be 12 hours long. There is an option for on-call shifts. On-call shifts are 24 hours. Candidates will float within the hospital or to nearby affiliate hospitals. Weekend coverage is required, with every other weekend expected. First-time travelers will be considered. The preferred charting system is EPIC. Medical and religious exemptions are allowed for vaccine requirements. Keeping requests for time off to a minimum is expected. Any requests for time off must be approved prior to the start of the assignment. Candidates should expect to work some holidays. Two supervisory references are required for consideration.
