Service Technician II - Apartment Maintenance Pro

Westdale Asset Management is seeking an Service Technician II for our 2,141-unit apartment community in Hurst, TX. You will perform HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing maintenance to ensure resident satisfaction and prompt repairs. This on-site role requires at least 3 years of maintenance experience, EPA Level II or Universal certification, and the ability to work independently or with a team in a fast-paced environment.
