Design & Sales Specialist

Position: Sales Representative - Multifamily Market Territory Focus: Boston, South Shore, and Rhode Island Position Overview The primary objective of this role is to drive sales growth within the multifamily market by developing and strengthening relationships with prospective clients, identifying and tracking new project opportunities, preparing competitive proposals, and securing new sales contracts on behalf of Viking Kitchens. This position will focus on expanding Viking Kitchens' presence throughout the Boston, South Shore, and Rhode Island territories while building long-term partnerships with developers, general contractors, and other key industry professionals. Responsibilities: Develop and execute personal sales plans to meet assigned targets. Prospect and onboard new clients within the assigned territory. Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients by providing exceptional service and value-engineered solutions. Identify project opportunities through online bidding platforms, construction databases, and industry networking. Prepare detailed, accurate, and competitive bids in line with profit objectives. Oversee all phases of the sales cycle, including proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure. Ensure smooth project execution by collaborating with customer service team. Provide final review and approval of drawings prior to ordering. Submit timely expense and activity reports. Represent Viking Kitchens at trade shows, networking events, and client meetings. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales, construction, or a related field. Proven track record in outside sales-experience in kitchen cabinetry, construction, or remodeling strongly preferred. Strong understanding of blueprints and construction plans. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Highly organized with strong time and territory management skills. Must possess a valid driver's license and be willing to travel regularly within the territory.
