Registered Nurse (RN) - Rehabilitation - $38-51 per hour

Select Medical is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a Rehabilitation role in Cincinnati, Ohio. Overview Hospital: TriHealth Rehabilitation Hospital (joint venture with Select Medical) Location: Cincinnati, OH Employment Type: Staff, Ongoing Schedule: Full Time – 12 Hour Night Shift (7:00p‑m to 7:00a‑m) Compensation: $37.90 to $51.00 per hour, based on experience Sign‑On Bonus: $10,000 Our inpatient rehabilitation hospital is committed to providing exceptional and compassionate care to address the medical, physical, emotional, and vocational challenges of patients with brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, neurological disorders, orthopedic issues, amputations, and multi‑trauma. Responsibilities On each shift, you will partner with a Nursing Assistant and handle a manageable caseload. Together, you will help patients achieve their individualized care goals and milestones. Receiving admissions and/or transfers. Initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment. Timely and accurate documentation using EPIC. Interpreting assessment/diagnostic data including labs and telemetry. Ensuring medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately. Promoting continuous quality improvement. Instructing and counseling patients and families. Qualifications Valid State RN License is required. BLS certification required at hire. BSN degree or enrollment in a BSN program.
