Accounts Payable Accountant

Southern Services Landscape & Irrigation is looking for the right person to join our team in a full-time Accounts Payable / HR & Administrative Support role. We are located in Denton, Tx. This position is ideal for someone with strong accounting experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced office environment and takes pride in accuracy, organization, and dependability. Responsibilities include: Vendor communications and support as well as Vendor Statement Reconciliation Employee onboarding, HR support, and H2B visa processing Personnel and confidential record maintenance General office administration and construction file management and phone duty as needed Supporting day-to-day operations across all areas of the business We are a small office team that works hard, supports one another, and genuinely enjoys working together. While our days can be busy, we make time to build relationships, celebrate successes, and enjoy company outings throughout the year.
