Our client is seeking a Construction Project Manager to take ownership of projects from preconstruction through completion. This individual will be responsible for managing project schedules, costs, contracts, documentation, quality, safety, and relationships with owners, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams. Experience managing commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Experience with healthcare, K-12 education, judicial facilities, or similar commercial projects preferred. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field preferred, but not required. Strong understanding of construction drawings and specifications. Experience managing project schedules, budgets, cost projections, and financial performance. Strong understanding of owner contracts and subcontract agreements, including scope, terms, responsibilities, and compliance requirements. Experience managing submittals, RFIs, change orders, pay applications, billing procedures, and project documentation. Strong understanding of claims, notifications, insurance requirements, and changes in scope. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, P6, Procore, iAuditor, and Bluebeam preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining project schedule, budget, quality, and safety. Strong leadership skills with the ability to hold teams and subcontractors accountable.
